Once completed, please return to Emma Potter to the school address on the left of this page, along with a £30 deposit to secure your child's place at the club.The deposit paid is non-refundable in the event that you do not take up the allocated place. However, it will be credited against your first invoice, once your son/daughter is attending their agreed pattern.
