Emma Wood - Emma is the Woody's Breakfast & After School Club Director. She has ultimate responsibility for Woody's. This includes staff recruitment, personnel matters, Ofsted, Health and Safety issues and the general day to day running of the club, including the ultimate welfare of the children.
Emma has a vast knowledge of the childcare industry, and over 23 years experience. Emma holds a Level 2 and 3 NVQ qualification in Childcare and Education, along with Paediatric First aid, and also Safeguarding certificates. She is also the joint owner of her own Day Nursery in the Brockhill area of Redditch, and currently studying a BA (Hons) Degree in Social Work. www.brockhillbarndaynursery.
Richard Wood - Rich is the co-director of Woody's. He is a qualified football coach, coaching a very succesful youth team in the Midland Junior Premier League, and holds an enhanced DBS certificate. He is a father of four, and relates well to children of all ages. Rich implements all of the sporting activities for the children at the club, both indoors and out.
Rich holds an NVQ Level 2 in Leisure and Tourism, Safeguarding, food hygiene, and Paediatric First Aid Certificates.
Julie Harper - Woody's Manager

Job Role
Julie is the designated Breakfast/After School Club Manager. Her responsibility is to support Emma in her role as Registered Person, and to ensure the safe and effective running of the club which includes; communicating with new and existing parents on a regular basis, carrying out staff supervisions, implementation of all policies and procedures, working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Famework where necessary, and implementing relevant activities and to work as an effective team leader ensuring the children's welfare is paramount at all times.

Julie has a wealth of knowledge and experience of childcare and development.She has previously worked in out of school clubs and nurseries, and has worked as a volunteer within schools, supporting pupils on a 1-1 basis, including disabled children.

Angela Cherry - Playworker Volunteer

I enjoy looking after the younger members of my family as they take up some of my time.
